Oolong

Meaning “black dragon”, oolong (or wu long) is one of the most famous Chinese teas. Though neither a green nor a black tea, oolong teas have complex flavors and are mid-range in oxidation somewhere between the two types. Research suggests that oolong’s fat-burning abilities outstrip even that of green teas, and it has long been hailed for its multitudes of health benefits in the East, including help with digestion.
